We DO NOT accept returns for orders once they have shipped due to the nature of our products. We check each product to make sure it is in good condition prior to being shipped. However, we understand that things can happen in transit. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days to begin a replacement request.
Replacement Request In order for us to process your replacement request, please:
For damaged item, please remove the damaged item from the box and take a picture of the damages for our records.
For incorrect items, please take a picture of the front of the products, and the shipping slips together in the same frame.
For missing products, please take pictures of the packing slip, box exterior, and open box with all items received placed inside. Send us an email at email@example.com with the pictures attached along with your order ID number. Replacement products for damaged items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after images are received.
