Shipping Policy
- Our turnaround times are sent with your order confirmation email as they can vary. Currently our turnaround time is 3-7 business days, not including shipping. Since we do scheduled monthly restocks the bulk of our orders are within that time frame. We will always try our best to process everything as soon as possible however this will allow us the additional time if we need it. Please keep in mind that this is a small family owned business and that everything is done manually. We appreciate your patience.
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We DO NOT SHIP on weekends or holidays.
- Once an order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hrs to update within the USPS.com system, please be patient.

PO Boxes
Since we ship with USPS we are able to deliver to PO Boxes.US Military & Diplomatic Addresses (APO and FPO addresses)
Simply Organico will ship to APO and FPO addresses (keep in mind shipping times will be longer).International Addresses
We DO NOT ship overseas or to Canada.Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam & US Virgin Islands)
We can ship via USPS to Hawaii or Alaska and some US Territories, no additional fees will apply.
